Sometimes I struggle with certain gifts when i know something about someone i have come to care about and i know that she really doesn't want to face the truth or know the truth because she already does know what she needs to do to fix her future but she is having fun and things are easy for her now what will happen when the thing that she fears happens

You have to realize that you can't help someone who doesn't want to help themselves. You have to learn to just let it unfold the way it will unfold. Remember, though, when the student is ready the teacher will come.
just always try and be there for her. when the time comes for her to ask for help you can guide her. True friends are hard to come by
